C8070, error 303-326, 316-501

Tossed these errors, and when we tried to go into the web browser, it looked like this.

Did an altboot, to reflash, got that back up but it's still saying communication error on the screen. Error still shows 303-316.
RAP says MDM board. Any other suggestions?

Rap say a lot of boards. Bulletin say to check main LVPS or change it. Also must do forced altboot if you use same software version as the one is on the machine.

Tech checked the LVPS, didn't see any voltages off, but we had one in stock, swapped it, still popping the same code.
Got a SBC board coming, but we are at least going to replace the memory cards first. On another brand, we have a lot of
goofy issues resolved by replacing them.
