Hi Guys, after leaving full paper stacked on the main tray, power off. Morning after turn on the printer and took out whole paper, the main tray on finisher won't lift up, it stayed down and throw paper jam code. I took out the back cover and saw the gears but can't find the worm gear to turn. Sorry I don't have the finisher service manual separately. Please help thanks.
