Xerox WC7535 Replace the Magenta Toner message

Good day everyone. I am working on a Xerox WC7535. The screen tell me to REPLACE MAGENTA TONER. I have installed other toner cartridges but no change. The pins that the toner chip communicate with are not bent. Genuine toner is installed. The customer however did have a generic toner installed upon arrival. Any suggestions?

entra no modo tecnico e verifique o historico de falhas, lá vc vai obter o codigo com ele fica mas facil de resolver..
quando tiver com o digo em mãos me passa q posse tentar ajudar.

yes, it could be due to generic toner messed up your developer TCR.

Check the TCR value. It should be +-30 between measured and target
