good day. having a very weird issue, versant 180, command workstation job que only says "waiting to print" will not get past that. at first i figured might be the server, using an integrated fiery. so i reloaded the sever software, on a different hard drive just in case that hard drive was bad, did the same thing. ended up getting a different sever thinking mabye the fiery card is bad. Still doing the same thing with a different server. the job just says waiting to print. the processing swithces back and forth from idle to printing and back to idle like every 5 seconds.. I will print via copy, but nothing from either fiery server, and the faults are not showing anything. any suggestions?
