    Xerox WC 7835 ui panel not responding

    Hello

    I have a customer claiming that his UI control panel is not responding to any buttons or touch screen.
    I asked to turn the machine on again and was working for a while but after a few prints scan copies UI control panels is not responsive again. You still have access to the printer from web service. You can also print etc...

    I havd asked to send me the last fault history but I found only one code 303-347 from a few days ago so not from the date when I talked with the customer (that day machine was turned on and after a few or several minutes display back to not responsive and no errors has been registered in the current history)

    I have not seen the machine yet but what would you recommend to check or what should be next steps?

    My thoughts
    reconnecting ui panel
    upgrade f/w (not altboot)
    Replace ui control panel
    Maybe hdd need replacing
    altboot

    Any suggestions appreciated.
