Xerox DCP 700 E10-02 Fiery Reinstallation

My Fiery decided to stop booting. I plugged a screen into it, but it stops at 'decompressing Linux'.

I reached out to one tech who provided me with two ISO files.
From reading and watching YouTube, I created a bootable USB stick and even though these are meant to be headless installs, I had a monitor plugged in.

One was not compatible with the E10-02's CPU architecture.
The second booted up, started going through it's script but then came to "* Select restore/backup" prompt.
I could not find anyway to respond to this or skip it. Anything it typed just appeared on the screen, but there was no response. The process halted.
I tried a fresh & blank HDD so that there wasn't anything to restore.

I've seen another method where you boot the Fiery over PXE, but I don't have the host software to do this.

The file I have is FCT_forEmbeddedServers_2.1.ISO

When you use usb stick to reload the software the service switch nr 1 must be set to ON position.

DIP 1: USB Boot DIP 2: PXE Boot

Yes, I’m aware. Per my original post, the reinstall from the USB halts at a “backup/restore” prompt.

Are you sure that you have right software dvd. Usb installation do not need any prompt, just set dip switches, put stick in usb port, power on fiery, small led display start to counting and power off fiery at the end.

That is what I am starting to doubt. I'm wondering if someone with the right software can tell me if the filename I have, is correct. It's 20,568 KB
