Problem on Xerox C60, powder around drum

Hi to everyone. I have some weird effect around Xerox C60. So nothing was changed in the machine, just one day start to lose yellow in the middle section. After 100-200 clicks I need to get from the bottom and clean the ROS window because I get missing yellow stripe on the longer edge. After cleaning everything from the bottom, around ROS, and every plastic that contains yellow toner, I also clean the drum and developer assembly but, again after few hundred clicks, sometime it's 50 if the yellow toner have more coverage, I have all over dusty yellow toner.

What can be the problem, does it maybe the charging roller not working properly, or the "foam roller" on top of the drum. I have also dissemble completely developer and clean it + filter it with micromesh. and everything come out clean.

Hello, you may have worn out the seal on the cover of the developing unit. This seal prevents the toner cloud from rising towards the laser and when it is deformed or worn it generates this error.

thnx for the info, you think on this seal in attachment? I inspect closely on the machine but it's look like others by looking, can I somehow test it?

That's exactly it, you can find the complete cover for sale. To do tests you could exchange the cover with another color unit, although it is necessary to clean them to avoid contaminating the developer.

If that does not work, replace the developer and dev unit ....and you MUST replace the suction filter. Suction filter SHOULD be replaced or vacumed every 100K.. If not, your devs will fluff and cuase this clouding..

I am working on Xerox printers for last 10 years and nobody give me hint about that filter. It was pretty dusty. Is it ok to just clean filter or it can build dust inside plastic that sitting on top of the filter (from the image number #1 and #2).

I have just few more question
-Is it possible to clean drum with some liquid or some cloth and not scratch anything, we have repetition magenta dot, and I see on the drum that problem. But I don't want touch to much and "break" it.
-one more problem that occurs random is like random smudges, it's build of mix colours, is this maybe related with cleaning IBT blade. Every time is different shape and don't have pattern. But mainly around centar of the paper.
-and last one, the 4 roll sponges on the fuser has degrade it, does that rollers have some crucial part for running paper on the back side.

First of all. open your manual and go through your HFSI'S...Yes, vac out the filter for now, but replace it asap ( should be replaced every 100K- VERY IMPORTANT).., Drums- I would replace the drums and cleaning blade.. sponge rollers, no need to worrie about them, but if you can get, replace them..
