HELP!! Magenta leaking/streaking all over - Xerox c560

What could cause toner to be streaking/leaking out so bad? We tried to change the toner cartridge but that didn't help. I ran some blank sheets and it was starting to run clean (only some faint pink streaks on the back). But when I ran something with color, it's a leaky-streaky mess! HELP?!?!

*We are only a small printing company trying to salvage our old, unmaintained Xerox. I'm the designer & my production manager can fix just about anything but copier repair is new to him & he's not sure what to try next. Any advice would be appreciated!
