Versant 2100 041-388

Good afternoon fellow techs,
Odd one here. Versant 2100, 2mil on it.
Single sided job all day long...no errors no jams.
LTR duplex runs but causes 041-388 (MCU logic) ramdomly...10 sheets, 300 sheets...
12x18 duplex jams with lead edge on 2nd BTR, trail ends right at duplex exit.

Any thoughts welcome.
