    dc 700i error 127-212

    I bought a 700i with FIERY E100-05 rip, the printer responds well but when I try to print from rip it gives me error 127-212, looking online it says to clean the contacts well, I have disassembled the rip and cleaned everything, disassembled the 700 board, also the connection cable replaced, but the error persists. The rip sees the printer, the toners, everything ... but when I go to print it goes into error.

    Hello, what product code does your server have?it should be printed on the server
