Xerox 6204 Light lines on copies

Hello Everyone,

I am facing an issue with very light lines on copies on a Xerox 6204. I noticed that the magnetic roller does not have a uniform distribution of toner on it. does anyone know how to fix this besides replacing the roller? I have tried cleaning the roller and replacing the blade however the issue is still there.

Hello.
In this case you need to polish the Developing Unit with a fine non-metallic brush, remove all the toner stuck on the surface of the roller. Then you need to change the magnetic roller cleaning blade.
