[Misc] Xerox Docucolor 252 Black out of registration

Hello,

I have Xerox Docucolor which is working very good. Recently the black drum was jammed with sound and OPC full scratched. I replace with drum unit with new. However after this the Black registration is wrong around 1 mm. top and right corner. could any one advice what is the exact problem? I have checked the IBT belt which is small scratch on side due to the drum jam. Please see the images of registration issue.

please check the developer unit for black and raise the brush level of the black developer .

Thanks for your response and appreciate.
I have done the initializing NVM and Black problem is solved. However now Cyan registration is moved 1 mm. to left side. Please see attached photos.

I have done the initializing NVM and Black problem is solved. However now Cyan registration is moved 1 mm. to left side. Please see attached photos.

try to do a procon on. then you enter as administrator and there is the registration adjustment option, make a color registration adjustment

Hi still the problems not solved. Please see the test pattern Cyan registration moved around 1 mm.

I have checked the IBT belt which is small scratch on side due to the drum jam you said in first post.

The first option is to clean the MOB sensor. If the IBT have a scratch on it you can move the silver patch in that manner the registration patches, who are writen on belt, to be out of scratch area.

Hello.
You have a color registration problem. You need to do the adjustments process in this order:
- ADJ 9.13 Belt Edge Learn
- ADJ 9.8 Registration Control Setup cycle
- ADJ 9.9 Registration Measurement Cycle
- ADJ 9.10 Registration Control Sensor Check Cycle.
Each of these settings has to give the "OK" in its results, if on the contrary they indicate an "NG" you have a problem in the hardware of the equipment.
It is also necessary to check the good condition of the IBT on the edges since this is where the adjustment bands for registration are printed.

Thanks All. Finally solved the issue of Color registration. The issue was due to faulty MOB unit which is broken. Rest of all parts are OK.
