Versant 80 is powering up with fault code 077-312, does not load fully. Checked the OHCF it powers up but shows paper empty even though there is paper inside.

Communication failure between the IOT and the HCF was detected.- Turn OFF the power and check the connection between the MCU PWB J403 and the HCF PWB. Refer the HCF service documentation for the HCF used in your system for the connector numbers.
- Check the following:
- Broken/bent pins, burn damage, and foreign matter of the Lattice Connector (DP629/DJ678).
- The power supply at the HCF.
- If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence. However, each time a part is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring.
- HCF PWB (Refer to the Service Documentation for the HCF used in your system)
- MCU PWB Assembly (PL 18.2)
