i'm sorry to bother you.
Someone gave me a wc7120 with 1000 print only for my personnal use.
Could someone give me a code for my wc 7120.

Where is it asking for an activation code? I've had a few Workcentre 7800 series and never needed any code. Are you trying to switch from a metered supplies plan to sold toner? If so, if you should be able to remove all metered toner from the machine and put in sold toner and it should convert it if the machine isn't on contract. It won't work if you have any metered toners in the machine though, they can't be mixed.

I don't know....the machine had 0 prints on the counter, I made 1000 prints and it got stuck asking me for an activation code.
the toners are the original ones supplied at startup.

I've downloaded the software auto code and it gave me a 8 numbers code....but i need a 6 numbers code
