[Misc] Xerox 4110 prints and copies only half of page

Hello guys, thanks very much for your continued assistance to our technical problems. My Xerox 4110 machine prints and photocopies half printed pages. I thought it was the drum cartridge because it was saying order new and giving 091 320 fault codes. So i've already replaced it with spanking new drum. But copies still come out with top half feinted pages. Does anyone know what causes this?
