PrimeLink B9136 slow in copying and printing

The customer has 2 B9136s. He reported that one machine started printing slower overnight. In fact, when I looked at it, there was a huge difference in speed. While one prints one sheet after the other, the other prints 2 sheets at short intervals. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Have you tried sending the same file to both printers to check if it is a file problem?

Sim. O problema ocorre independente do arquivo. O mesmo ocorre usando o equipamento como copiadora.

Have there been any changes to the power in their shop? Any rewiring or repairs to their electrical?

Are you printing to the machines via a rip or straight to to the machine?

If you plug your laptop directly into the machine . is it still slow?
When you make copies, it it slow?

I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the forum.
Fortunately, I discovered the cause of the problem. Due to toner contamination of the ADC sensor, the machine reduced its speed to maintain print quality. When performing Max Setup, several items showed NG, which led me to check the sensors responsible for the xerographic process. Thank you all.
