[Electrical] Versant 180 white screen

All,

I've got this fault on one of my V180s.

I escelated to Xerox for a site visit, and they asked me to replace 3 boards:

Power supply assy AC
LVPS
KIT AC assy

This has made no difference. The screen is bright white when powered on, then fades to black.

I've escelated back to Xerox but wondered if anyone has had this?

No I can't.

Forgot to add xerox also tried a new ess controller unit.

I'm thinking it might be MCU PWB.

have you tried replacing the whole UI panel?
if you have another spare machine, try swapping the UI panel

Which LVPS did you replace? Versants have 2
