    42-326 Error code on Versant 80

    Hi All,
    I am facing fault code 42-326 on versant 80 tried everything but had no success, is anyone facing this issue please see the detail below.

    The machine was working fine but after wakeup from power, saver mode it gives the error code 24-370, tracked through the Rap and replaced the MCU with PF board 24-370 fault code gone but at first startup 42-236 Error code. reset several times but no success.

    Action taken.

    1. Reload the new software
    2. Initial NVM and restore NVM
    3. Replaced Both LVPS
    4. Paper handling PWB
    5. AC/ DC Pwb.
    6. Ess Pwb, Halftone Pwb, and MCU and ESS interface PWB replaced.
    7. Replaced IBT Belt assy, IBT Belt
    8. IBT Male-female connector
    9 Replaced Fuser assy because another code shows in history 10-607/608
    10. Replaced Drum Units including developer housing.
    Note: steering came is not working in diagnostic mode, Ibt edge learn is also not working in diagnostic mode.
    checked all wairing all is ok,

    very interesting fault code which is never been faced like this....... Test case for all our xerox team.

      Common enough code but always cured it by either cleaning the IBT patch or replacing the IBT.

      Is the belt actually driving as this would give the same code?

          If the NVM[741-700] (Belt Home Fail Too Long continuous occurrence count) is [3], clear to [0]

              Yes belt is driving but traveling to in board because steering cam is not working. Error code reset several times. Belt is already replaced with new one and working fine in other machine.

                              Yes seen this tip but the belt was already under the curl plates
