Black Imaging Problem Xerox 700i - Urgent help please

Have this imaging problem with black ... have replaced the toner, drum, dev unit, ibt belt and still having imaging issues.

The edges print heaps darker and the center terrible.

When I print out a solid, it isn't too bad .. there is a streak in the centre but still pretty solid and holding color.

Any help would be greatly appreciated .. I have a job that I need to finish before tomorrow.

I am going to try another developer (ROS) unit ... I only have 1 bag of black developer left.

Have cleaned the 1st btr roller and the 2nd btr unit .. didn't make any improvements at all.

Only thing that I can think of was to clean the laser and even though it was so hard to get to, it too didn't make any difference.

Am now thinking I might have an issue with a board of some sort.
