Xerox DC 8000/8080/8002 white spots (snow flakes) trouble

Hello.
I have a problem printing because of deletions in the form of random white spots (snow flakes) 1st side (and 2nd too).
There are no debris in it. There are no traces of any toner damage (as a touch of stripper fingers and so on). It looks just like issue with toner transfer (2-5 random spots about 2mm per A3 sometimes).
IBT, 2BTR are in good condition. All developers are new. Humidity is 35-40.

Check if the defect is present also on image on ibt belt. If not then check 746-143 nvm to be = -2 and you can increase 746-148 from default 100 value to 120.

746-143 nvm was 100.
After decreasing to -2 the amount of white spots significantly increased.
