    [Misc] WC5955 Waste Toner Auger Problem

    Good day all,
    I am having issues with these Xerox WC5955 waste toner augers breaking. I have 3 of them with same issues. Bought new drum units only for same issues to reoccur on all the machines. And the drums have not done close to half of their lives.
    Pls has someone find a solution to this waste toner system failure?

      Can someone pls comment or am I the only having to change drum units because of broken waste toner auger?

          Maybe they are backed up for a reason. Do you use OEM parts/toner?

                  Good day, I am still having problems of toner clogging drum and and breaking recycle toner auger and making noise on these machines. I am suspecting it's the toner. The last toner I used were ordered from ebay and were supposed to be OEM. Can someone help where I can buy the original toners from UK or US. It's 6R1604.
