    Xerox Versant 4100 Purge/Jam Issue

When printing a certain document from tray 6, the machine will jam and then purge a sheet of paper and display fault 041-932. They'll be jammed paper in the transport area where the fuser is. User can print other jobs from tray 6 with no issue at all. This same job with the jam and purge issue prints correctly when sent to another 4100.

Problem only happens when one certain job is print to this one 4100. Any ideas?

Look at the printer system software version. Upgrade to a higher level. Same for sys. sw. of Fiery.

Check the prefuser paper sensor that is not covered in caked on toner and clean.

That's just a purge code, nothing to do with the jam code. You need the jam code to properly diagnose the jam.

Check that the System Software is 101.02.61 or higher
