XEROX 5875 R2, R3 Incompatible

Hi all, when i replace the Drum module R2 the machine says the R2 module incompatible. I try Altboot with no luck.

Do i need supply plan activation code??

What error code machine display ? Do you know to use activation code ?
Probably you'll need to pay for the code.

Do you have 113R00672 (metered) or 11300673 (sold) drum unit?

you need to change the serial number , date and time and service plan to C with service plan code .
