Xerox C60 Black lines and toner splatter

I have a Xerox C-60 with integrated rip, with 278K total impressions. There are dark lines (front to back, not feed direction) and looks like toner splatter on the prints and copies. What could be the cause of this? Thank you for your opinions.

I have solved several machines with these problems, from series 4 to series 8, the first thing I do is turn on the machine with the yellow reset key, I enter service mode, initialize data, turn off and turn on the machine, it gives me an original error and I go back to load base firmware, and it is solved, try to see if you are lucky

Did you print any sticky paper suport?

Did it started from nothing or you started to see that going stronger over the time?

In point to three possible problems, IBT cleaning blade, drum K or K developer leaking. But my first choice is IBT cleaning blade needing to be clean or you need a new IBT.
