Having issues with the waste Toner backing up in the Drum Units, But not making it to the waste toner Pipe Assembly. Not that familiar with the Routing of the Waste toner on this Unit. cant i Get some help Please!!!

The waste box overfills at the front and can cause this fault, it backs up the diagonal waste pipe up into the drums and backfills all the way. The gearbox that drives the waste bottle (agitator motor) can sometimes split the gear that drives the waste augers too, worth a look.
