    Xerox c405 stuck on Xerox logo

    Hi all

    Has anyone had a Xerox c405 that won't boot up and sticks on the logo?

    Some problems with eMMC in Versalink family machines but, of course, it can be something else.
    Try special boot mode to see if that works.

      Hate to say it but if you are not a certified Xerox factory trained technician, I highly recommend you DON'T go into special boot mode, even very experienced Xerox techs like myself have screwed up stuff in special boot mode a couple times but because we work for Xerox we can pick up the phone and call our support hotline. Otherwise, you will probably be out shopping for a new printer. Be warned Don't tell someone to jump in a lake unless you know they can swim
