    D136 weird error.

    I have a Xerox D136 with error code 092-311 which is adc fail.
    changed so far the drum, developer and the adc sensor. The motors for the toner hopper are working when we applied 24 v but not turning on when in the machine. Does anyone have a component control list for this machine. Or service manual to check the components. Just cleaned the hopper to see if the motors are going to turn but still nothing, like the toner sensor is detecting toner but the toner hopper is empty and brand new cartridge is installed.

    Can someone please explain what this error - 092-311 - ADC Toner White Image Detect Fail - mean exactly like a process? is it too much toner being applied from the developer or not enough or something that is reading it fails. every time when we start the machine the error comes right away except when we place a new drum cartridge then it takes about 30-40 seconds before the error comas back and we are down one machine and it is a pain. Thank you everyone in advance!!! we were able to get the component control list and tested the motors for the hoper, toner and developer they all work.

      NOT ENOUGH TONER FOR A DENS PATCH

      092-311 ADC Patch System Fail


      Bsd-on:CH9.8, CH9.4, CH9.7


      The symptom for ADC Patch Fail (092-651) have occurred continuously.

      This Fail is a Sub System failure and its occurrence cuts off the C13 +24V. (Refer to BSD CH1.8) Cause/Action
      1. Turn ON Deve Motor (DC330 [093-001)] and check whether the Deve Unit operates properly. If an operation failure occurs, go to 093-320 FIP.
      2. Install a Toner Cartridge that contains Toner. Copy a Test Chart (499T247), etc. and check whether the density has recovered.
      3. Turn ON Dispense Motor (DC330 [093-004]) and check whether the Dispense Motor rotates properly. If a revolution failure occurs, go to 093-311 FIP.
      4. Check the ADC Sensor Bracket for improper installation.
      5. Perform DC935 (Procon On Print) and check whether the IBT Belt contacts/retracts.
      6. If the problem persists, replace the following parts in sequence:

        You must have the service manual because here are many causes for this defect and several printer components must be checked.
