Xerox WorkCenter 7775 Network issue

Good day,

i have a xerox 7775 that not giving me any i.p. connectivity dhcp or static i am unable to ping the printer is it possible to print via usb port? is there anything i could try?

i have also did a reset and that didnt change anything

Post here machine configuration report.

Have you check in tools is machine maybe offline

Yes I did it's not.... the connectivity light works but not getting a i.p. address even if I set it to static I'm unable to ping. Can I install a pci adapter and if so how do I enable it? I see that the machine has pci slots available

Need help asap!!! 😭😭😭😭 what to do if my 7775 has a bad network port??

Connectivity light works but just getting a i.p address and unable to ping printer works perfect otherwise.
