Hi everyone,
I’m working on a Xerox VersaLink C7025 that has a yellow color shift/misalignment issue. So far, I’ve tried the following:
Despite this, the yellow still appears shifted. I’m starting to suspect the issue might be related to the IBT (Intermediate Belt Transfer) assembly — possibly not seated or aligned properly. Could the belt cause a single color misregistration like this?
Alternatively, could the fuser cause yellow shifting? I haven't seen any major defects from it, but just considering all angles.
Appreciate any advice or insights!
Thanks in advance.

- Replaced the yellow drum unit with a new one
- Cleaned the yellow LPH (Laser Print Head)
- Checked the yellow developer – everything looks normal
