Wrokcenter 7225, no power....

Hey guys,

Customer says there is no power to the machine, tried on and off several times. Says the energy saver light is the only one lit, and it will only go out (naturally) when the machine is unplugged from the wall.
Wondering if Xerox still has trouble with LVPS these days like they did in the past?

Any ideas?

try reseating RAM / clean the RAM gold pin using eraser.

does the machine have fax? if so, try unplug the fax board before turning on the machine
