Xerox 560 Magneta Streaks on top - see image

Every color print has this big magenta streak on top of the paper (see image). There's also another streak about 4" down from the top as well. Can anyone point us in the right direction of what to clean/fix/replace etc? We're a local print shop with a handy production manager that is going to fix it, we're just looking for some direction on what it could be.

Seems to be Magenta Pcu or dev unit, try to swap the magenta pcu with the yellow one, if the streak turns yellow it's the pcu

thanks! any ideas what that small dark streak could be from? seems to be the same color on all of our color prints - I don't really see it on our b&w

can be some problem on one of the charge rollers...

The magenta at the top will be your magenta drum. As has been said, swap it with the yellow to test.

The other mark has a definite repeat. Measure the distance of the repeat and that will be the diameter of the roller causing the issue.
