    B400 blue sceen

Boots to blue screen with Xerox logo and stays there. Any work around? Tried all the SW loads - no joy.

Check Eureka. It probably has a bad eMMC. If that's the case it's a boat anchor. Non-spared part.

I anybody comes up with one I'd love to know it. I've got two of them on the shelf with low miles and bad eMMC's.

          Hello

I have 12 devices on the shelf now, B400/405, C400/405....

All out of warranty, but only 2,3years old...

I dont understand xerox can't help us with this issue.

Anyone have a solution, maybe emmc card reader/ writer...

          Thanks for reading, thinking along.

          Regards, Kris

            Fuji-Xerox. Ain't gonna happen.

I've not found a way around it yet. If I do, I'll be sure to post here. We just use them as parts machines.
