    Xerox 6250

Have a Xerox 6250 that intermittently jams. After 9 or 10 pages a page is almost out the delivery assembly and one is 3 inches out of the fuser. Have replaced feed rollers and fuser with no significant change. Any help would be appreciated! David

Would you please send me the fuser snippit you posted about.

      Thank you,

Xerox Phaser 6250 - Service Menu

Phaser 6250 - Can anyone tell me how to access the service menu for the Phaser 6250, or how to bypass the toner chip?

I have spent a good deal of time searching for this here and on other forums so I don't think its already answered; my apologies if I missed it! (and please point me to it)

The Xerox Phaser 6250 Toners have a chip or RFID tag that the 6200's do not have, that is used to detect and track toner cartridges.

My question -- Part A -- Is there a way to bypass reading (or RESET the reading) of this info when booting the printer so that I can refill my cartridges or use other almost identical cartridges made for the same engine but without the Xerox chip?

Part B -- The Brother HL-4200cn & QMS Magicolor 3300 toner cartridges are identical except for small external "tab notches" in the toner housing that can easily be modified to fit, but is the toner ID/count device the same? If not, part A above applies to these cartridges as well, so that I can buy the least costly toner and use with Phaser 6250!

THANK YOU for any help & tips you can provide!!
