are you using standard tcp / ip port?

    please check in the:
    1. devices and printer
    2. select printer workcentre 7845, right click. choose printer properties
    3. select port tab. it should be using ip address as port name.

Log in as admin and try a software reset. And/Or update the FW.

        Enter CSE Diags
        Adjustments
        dc301 NVM Initialization
Select network and all then select initialize

Might want to make sure you have a current config page and a clone file before you pull that trigger. You might also end up dumping into non-customer mode and will need to set 616-014 to 2.
