xerox V180 error 062-360

After this machine was moved, this error came up.

Moved carriage to half position, turned on machine, carriage doesn't move.

Replaced carriage motor, carriage still doesn't move.

Where should I go from here?

CCD pwb faulty. Missing 5 volts from there. Replace lens unit.

just had a similar problem and code with my workcentre 7556 after moving it- reseating all the cables going into the board between the lens and the main machine cleared it up
