Xerox 5875 no boot or update

I have a Xerox 5875 that I plugged off power cable while its booting up.
Now it gives the green screen with booting up in the top.
And nothing in the top of screen appears and stuck on that.
I tried to upgrade software from a usb drive but the green screen never change.

I replced it with an old 256 mb sd card but it gave me an error 6 may be and a white screen..does that relate to its size or something else..thanks much for help

You have to restore software on SD Card

On this sd card is startup copier software. Original copier sd card is 4Gb Lexar card. You need a new sd card a image file to be written on new 4Gb sd card. It is not empty sd card use as memory.

Then how to get the image file if it is corrupted on the sd card??
I suspect files is corrupted not the sd itself!!
I know cloning but files already corrupted right
