    Xerox Altalink 8055. Unable to encryt DLM. Perform Special Altboot .

    How can i fix it. I also try plugging usb as shown in pic. But it doesnt work. Whats the problem. ThanksIMG_0945.jpg

      Swup files at usb root.
      In altboot folder dlm software file, forced_upgrade and disable_data_backup

      Also dlm file must be full software, about 600mb

          I did that but it says software installation failed. My dlm file is around 472mb.

              Sorry, my mistake, upgrade dlm is about 300mb and full dlm is about 500mb.
              Maybe to try with newer full dlm software file

                  On machine hdd/ssd is a label with original software version. What is it?
