xerox versant 280 press

Good afternoon group, I have a Versant 280 and the panel does not turn on and blinks 5 times. The technician came here and said that it could be the sources, he changed both and it still did not solve the problem. We even tested it with other panels but it still does not turn on. Does anyone know what it could be?
