I am getting some error codes on the machine and they are: 11-140, 03-700, 03-777, and 03-780. The code the comes up the most out of the 4 is the 11-140. The others are just sparatic. I was wondering what these codes are and what to do to fix my problem? Another problem I am having is that I tried to disconnect their finisher from the machine to see if the problem was in the finisher or copier. But when I disconected the finisher the copier wouldn't copy because it was basically still looking for the finisher, eventhough it was disconnected. Was wondering if there is a setting that has to be changed to let the copier know the finisher is no longer attached or is the a problem? Any help appreciated, thank you.
