Hello everyone When i do 2 side copying or scanning from adf i get error code 065-225 Any advice to fix that?

Code is 2nd side failure of the CIS unit. Clean and calibrate or replace document feeder.
I don't see the CIS as an available part.

I want to do IIT Calibration , but i don't have the test chart for CCD Calibration , and i don't know how to do Shading Correction
any help to try that
