Altalink C8170 Black ADC patch too light

I recently refilled the K developer on my Altalink C8170 & the first few hundred prints came out great. Now the machine suffers from low black density and diagnostics spits out a "Black ADC patch too light". The toner cartridge is new... What can I do?

Did you run the setups after the dv material change?

No, I do not know how to do that, I'm using this machine in my shop. What kind of setup do I need to run? thank you!

P.S. I did look into ATC values and they are reading normal. I know very little about these machines and I'm flying by the seat of my pants.
