Copier xerox wc7545 when copying color or scanning color documents. There will be a blue bar on top. But the print doesn't have a blue bar on top. I have cleaned all the glass and mirror but still. Please help me.blue bar on top.jpg

It is both placing the document on the glass and loading the document in the original feeder.

I would start from cleaning all 3 mirrors, lamp, reflector and lens.

Standard thing. Clean entire scanner (glass, mirrors) and then perform all the calibrations in service mode.
