how do you reset 009-356code on this copier. Iknow it is caused by the toner cart. not being shaken long enough. Thanks

The Control Logic detected that there are irregularities in Toner Dispenser #3.

NMV Location 762-039, DispenserStatus#3 must be reset to 0 when repair is completed.

Check the Cyan Toner Cartridge.
