Yes, I figured. Scan to email stopped working? We've had to do loads for this reason

I wanted updated 072fw to 073 because I got blue background on copies and scans and heard that this can resolve the problem. I have installed another 073 fw and the background problem has gone.
By the way my copies are washed out or much lighter than the original documents and wonder if there are some kind of adjustments which can be performed. Copy calibration from tools tab does not change anything.
