Versant 80 Fuser Gear dirt

Versant 80 Fuser producing rusty dirt from gear assembly. This is making the Fuser belt wicks to get very dirty. How do you stop this? See attached images.

Spray white lithium helps but once they start replacement then spray white lithium. Good Luck

Or maybe silicone grease... that last forever.
