I am sitting on the Fence with this problem with a Xerox Work Centre 7220i, The customer's old IT company changed the admin password and the New IT company doesn't know it. I have done firmware update using Forced Upgrade, this didn't work. I have tried all the numbers that i could think of, still no luck. The serial number did not work either. Is there anyway to get the machine back to factory settings as need to reconfigure the scan to folder, can not log into machine via web browser as need password. Any Help would be much appreciated as hate to see good machines being dumped over small issues.
