    Xerox DC250 Not responding

    Hello guys ,am having trouble with a Dc250 ,not showing any error ,runs and initializes well at start up but when you instruct a photocopy it just hangs on ,not responding to anything even when you try to cancel ,it only changes to please wait ,indefinitely, not running, all consumables showing OK & Ready ,I have even attempted to print a test print from service mode but all the machine does is to show printing but not running ,just hang indefinitely

    Hai when you try to make a photo copy what is the display show if you share that screen shot it will be use full to identify the problem

      Hey guys sorry taken long to respond but managed to fix the issue of not running when you have sent a print or copy , the problem was on the fuse unit ,had to replace it with another.
