    V180 - Fault code 094-312

    Cannot get rid of this fault code.

    Receive call for 094-312. Toner is everwhere in the back because the toner clumped in waste collector pipe causing the main auger bushings to pop out and some of the caps to come off, spilling toner.

    I replaced the waste collector pipe, 2nd BTR and MCU PWB. I have done a good amount of cleaning and I have cleaned out the connectors multiple times and still remain with the code.

    I inspected the funnel and elbow assembly and they seem to be in place. I have done what the manual asked and same issue.

    Any help would be appreciated.

          Have you tested 2nd btr clutch from diagnostic?
          Do yo have any other faults in fault history?

              It's all about 2nd Btr reconnect the 2nd Btr and check if the error code popup again remove 2nd Btr and restart machine and check the error code

                  I am checiking that now. It was last week. When I just checked again, it was not. I went through to check connectors because I went in through that area to clean the connectors in the back.

                      No other related fault codes, just ones from my own stupidity. Like forgetting to plug the OHCF power back in or IIT from forgetting the cable to the IIT.

                      Started without 2nd BTR, same error. I did see the 2 gears in the back turning. One for the roller and the one for the retracting of the 2nd BTR.

                      Install it back in, same code, but I do see the yellow flag nudging forward as if there is to much of a load.

                      I will get the old 2nd BTR, just to try.

                          nudging means its not turning
                          there is your issue
                          look into and fix

                                  I will be getting main motor assembly. I swapped the motor with a drum motor and I cleaned out all the gears of toner junk, same thing. Without 2nd BTR, both drive gears turn, with the 2nd BTR, it looks like it tries but fails. I am ordering main motor assembly. Thanks for your help and I will update soon.
