Xerox Versant 180 error 024-983 and 013-246

anyone have a solution for this
the booklet tray says empty tray after 18 booklets
changed the booklet tray and cable and same error

It has the latest software version the one that ends in 53

80.53.73 is the software level

I do not think that is the latest SW.
80.55.13 is the latest which I have.

For versant 180 latest sw start with 80.55.xx
First sw was 80.33.xx then second was 80.54.xx

These are firmwares for V180. Confirm 55.13 is latest.

These are firmwares for V180. Confirm 55.13 is latest.
However I dont think the error you have is software related. I double check the wires, connectors and switch.[ATTACH=CONFIG]53578[/ATTACH]

I will recheck the wires
the machine has the squarefold trimmer for not much other than the cable that does to the finisher to check
I have replace the USB Cable because the booklet tray was not running
