    C405 and other problem gmail

    Hello, with a C405 but also with other xerox printers I can no longer send scans to mail using the smtp gmail server,
    has anyone solved it?

    Hi, have a look here how to setup app password to get it back working
    Google shuts off less secure apps
    Defects are simple, our mind is complicated

      You must desactivate the double authentification in your Gmail account.

        Less secure apps & your Google Account

        Enable two factor authentication on your account
        Create an app password under the security settings
        Apply the app password to the login account on the device
        Ensure that SMTP is set for 587 / SSL
        Save
        Email until you run out of things to email.
